There was a special meeting of the Flemingsburg City Council Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 4:45 p.m. in the City Annex. Council members present were Ricky Hurst, Adam Hinton, Scott Manning, Georgianna Sparks, Meredith Story, and Van Alexander. Mayor Martin L. Voiers presided.
Mayor Voiers called the meeting to order at 4:55 p.m. Councilman Hinton led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Councilman Story moved to authorize the mayor to negotiate the purchase of property at the price discussed during closed session at the December 10th council meeting. Councilman Manning seconded the motion. Council voted as follows: Hurst-yes, Hinton-yes, Manning-yes, Sparks-yes, Story-yes, and Alexander-yes. Motion carried.
There being no further business Councilman Manning moved to adjourn. Councilwoman Sparks seconded the motion.
