DENNIS MASTERS - Public Works Superintendent

Hello, I'm Dennis Masters. Welcome to the Public Works Department page of our City's website. I joined the City in September of 1996 as a Utilities Worker and later transferred to the Street Department as a Maintenance Worker. In November 2008 I was promoted to Assistant Public Works Superintendent and then to Superintendent in February 2009. I am a life long resident of Fleming County, a 1990 graduate of Fleming Co. High School, and a life long farmer. Having a strong desire to serve my community, I joined the Flemingsburg Volunteer Fire Dept. and currently serve as 2LT. I also serve on several City committees including the Buildings and Grounds, Parks and Recreation, Property Maintenance, and Public and Employee Safety.

I love spending time with my family, my wife, Mary, and our children, Scotty and Sabrina. My hobbies are hunting and fishing.

GORDON PEPPER - Maintenance

Gordon has been employed by the City since February, 2009.

DARYL MARSHALL – Maintenance

Daryl joined the City in January of 1994 as a Maintenance Worker. He is a member of the volunteer fire department.

DANNY COLEMAN – Sanitation

Danny Ray was hired as a sanitation worker in 2002. He is also a member of the volunteer fire department.

GARY ROBERTS - Sanitation

Gary has been employed by the City since January, 2007.

STEVEN UNDERWOOD - Sanitation

Steven has been employed by the City since April, 2008.

CHRIS BROWNING - Maintenance

Chris joined the City as a full-time employee in December 2011.
