David was hired as a Utility Plant Operator trainee in May 2006. Since then he has received his Class I Water Distribution and Treatment, Class II D, Class II A and Class III Water Treatment. David has also passed all natural gas certifications. He was promoted to Waste Water plant Chief Operator in October 2011.
